Brew & Co. was born on a rainy Portland morning in 2016, when founders Mia and Daniel Chen took a leap of faith on a tiny corner space at 123 Maple Street. Their mission was simple: make extraordinary coffee accessible to the neighborhood they loved.
We travel seasonally to origin — Ethiopia, Guatemala, Colombia, and Sumatra — forging direct relationships with small family farms. Every bag we carry comes with a story, and every cup we pour carries that story forward.
Back in Portland, beans are roasted in small batches in our on-site micro-roastery, where we control every variable from green bean intake to first crack. This obsessive attention to detail is what makes every sip taste intentional.
